Virtual Secretaries has been set up by Pauline Shellock and Louise Taylor,  two top Personal Assistants with over 35 years experience between them.  We offer a range of professional secretarial services and administrative support for your business.

It is now possible with today’s technology, for a virtual secretary to work from her own office and still be able to offer the highest standards of secretarial skills.  Having spoken to lots of people starting up or already running their own businesses, we became aware that there are many people out there who desperately need the services of a reliable PA/Secretary/Office Administrator, without necessarily having the resources or office space to accommodate one.

Virtual Secretaries is the perfect solution.  We have all the resources of a modern office here so you can benefit from the services of an experienced virtual assistant when you need one, by contacting us by e-mail, telephone or fax.  We work only when you need us – so if your workload is no more than a few invoices and letters a week, that will be your only cost.  As your workload increases or decreases, so do our hours.  You will never have to pay for more hours than you need, something that is very hard to achieve when paying full or even part-time staff or hiring temporary staff through an agency.

All of this leaves you free to concentrate on running your business by leaving us to deal with the stuff piling up in your pending tray and stopping you getting on with what you do best.  Whether it’s one letter or one hundred, regular monthly invoicing, chasing up late paying customers, a one off mailshot. . .  whatever.  We can deal with all the things you never have the time to get around to.

We work from home, so if an urgent document needs to be produced at 7 o’clock in the evening or Sunday lunchtime – no problem.  We are effectively open for business 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
