TERMS
AND CONDITIONS
A
signed acceptance giving details of the assignment and agreed charges,
together with a copy of our Terms and Conditions and Payment Terms, is
required before commencement of any work.
Written
quotations can be provided although we reserve the right to amend these
if the nature of an assignment changes in any way.
All
clients’ work is treated as strictly confidential and will never be used
for our personal gain or divulged to a third party in any way.
Proofreading
– in the unlikely event that any errors are found in work produced by
Virtual Secretaries, these will be rectified
free of charge.
PAYMENT
TERMS
Ø
Work
is charged at an hourly rate with a minimum of half an hour on any single
assignment
Ø
Payment
is by cheque to Virtual Secretaries. If a cheque is returned by the bank,
the client will be responsible for any charges arising from this
Ø
For
private individuals cheques must be covered by a valid cheque guarantee
card
Ø
Retainer
packages are payable monthly in advance – as agreed
Ø
Payment
is normally due upon delivery of completed assignment – although on-going
assignments will be invoiced weekly and payment is strictly 7 days from
date of invoice
Ø
All
mail shots including postage must be paid for in advance
Ø
Telephone
calls, faxes, postage or other extra charges will be invoiced separately
at cost
